Located in the heart of Biloxi, Mississippi, El Fornino brings authentic Neapolitan pizza and Italian cuisine to the Gulf Coast. Our wood-fired oven reaches temperatures that create the perfect crispy, charred crust while keeping the center soft and flavorful, just like they make it in Naples.
Every pizza, every dish is crafted with the same care and attention that went into those first experiments in our little oven. Nearly everything is made in-house, from our dough to our sauces. We use quality ingredients and prepare each dish to order.

Chef Victor is the heart and soul of El Fornino, bringing years of culinary expertise and passion for authentic Italian cuisine to every dish. His journey began with a deep appreciation for traditional wood-fired cooking techniques and the desire to bring true Neapolitan pizza to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Trained in the art of Italian cooking and inspired by the slow food movement, Chef Victor is committed to using the finest ingredients and time-honored methods. From hand-stretching dough that's fermented for the perfect texture to carefully selecting every ingredient that goes into our wood-fired oven, his attention to detail is unmatched.
